Exede / WildBlue Installation
The only piece of equipment you provide is your home computer. Exede will provide a satellite mini-dish and a satellite modem. You can easily add a router, even a wireless router, to your Satellite Internet setup.

Does bad weather affect my WildBlue service
Typically only severe weather conditions will affect WildBlue service. During rain or snow showers WildBlue speeds could be slower, but speed should return to normal once precipitation stops.

What type of equipment do I need
WildBlue will provide the satellite dish and modem. You just need to provide your computer.

How will I be billed for my WildBlue service
You will be charged a monthly fee for the service. The monthly fee will vary depending on your package. WildBlue will do an automatic charge (to a credit/debit card) once a month for the monthly fee. You will receive a bill via email only.

What operating systems are compatable with WildBlue service
Windows/PC: Windows 2000, XP or Vista Mac: OS 10.4 or higher.
