What if I cancel my service before my contract is up
If you cancel your service before the contract is up, you will be charged a termination fee equal to the number of months left on your contract multiplied by $15.00

Can I use a VPN with WildBlue
Yes. WildBlue recommends the use of SSL-based VPNs. SSL-based VPNs work well on the WildBlue network because they work efficiently over a satellite connection. Users of IP Sec-based VPNs will find their VPN will work over the WildBlue network, but it may be slower due to the affects of latency.

Is WildBlue Installation Costly
Standard installation is free! A professional installer will come to your home and run up to 100 feet of RG-6 cable from the antenna to the modem. The installer will route the cable through one exterior wall and one interior wall or floor. The installer will connect the WildBlue modem to one computer. Please note: Multiple PCs and wireless routers are not part of the free standard installation. If custom charges are necessary in order to complete the installation, the installer will inform you prior to the start of work. In the event a pole mount is required, your installer will charge up to $150.00 at the time of installation.

All WildBlue customers must sign a 24-month contract.
